Only if you want to, hypnotic trance is a natural state that we all enter several times a day, such as when we day dream, when we watch TV, or read a book. Nobody can be hypnotised against their will and, even when hypnotised, people can still reject any of the suggestions given if they are not appropriate.

You are, no one else can be in control of you or make you do or say anything you don't want to. your subconscious mind is always protecting and keeping you safe. The whole point of hypnotherapy is to empower you to take control and make changes to your life in a positive manner.

It is a client led therapy and will depend on how the individual progresses, but hypnotherapy works to achieve maximum results in minimum time. Most clients as a guide require about 3-6 sessions to successfully achieve their goals.

Quit smoking is a one session approach.

The blast technique may be one session. For more complex traumas two to three sessions would be recommended.

Everyones experience of hypnosis is unique. General descriptions of hypnotic state are of being very deeply mentally and physically relaxed, being aware of what is going on around them, having a calm sense of peace.

People only eat if they quit with will power. This increases anxiety levels, when many substitute eating for smoking. When the underlying causes of smoking are removed with EFT and hypnosis, so too is the need for food substitution.

This will depend upon many factors, but as a guide the first session includes a free half an hour consultation giving you the chance to see if it is the right therapy for you so in total the first session lasts about one and a half hours and further sessions are one hour at £70 or 90 minutes at £95

Everyone comes out of hypnosis, in some cases individuals may enjoy the relaxed experience so much that they are resistant to be re-alert but will become more alert within minutes. If a client was to fall into a natural sleep then on the awakening suggestions would become fully awake and refreshed.

I charge £80 for most one hour sessions including the complimentary free half an hour consultation and £120 for 90 minutes.

For a block booking of three sessions £225 with payment on the first session.

For a block booking of six sessions £420 with payment on the first session.

For smoking cessation it is £250 which is two & a half hours long using a combination of EFT and hypnotherapy, with two audio downloads to play at home.

For one hour of reiki energy healing £40

My two weight programmes, Sexy, slim and fabulous and the Hypno-band, the virtual gastric band which are both over five sessions at the cost of £495. Or eight sessions at the cost of £790. The first session is up to two hours long and the subsequent sessions are one and a half hours long and includes four audio downloads.

All programmes have a discount so the more sessions booked the bigger the discount. The sessions are payable on the first session or in advance through my website page. There are no refunds if sessions are cancelled or missed.

The hypno-band system is a hypnotherapy technique that used the power of the mind to fit a "virtual gastric band" to your stomach, making you eat less and less often. It does not involve surgery in fact it is a very relaxing experience which uses hypnosis and cognitive behavioural therapy to change eating behaviour and dysfunctional beliefs.

The Hypno-band works over five sessions, beginning with your free initial half hour consultation, working out your BMI, discussing eating behaviours, emotional blocks and any limiting beliefs. Then taking you through the process of having a gastric band fitted, by the power of your mind so your stomach is the size of a golf ball making you eat less and less often. You are suitable for the Hypno-band if you are over weight (BMI of 25+) and you are really committed to losing weight.

It is a collaborative venture between therapist and client. "success" in achieving the clients goals requires firstly an honest examination, by therapist and client together, of what is required by both parties to achieve these goals, and whether they are realistic. An honest and mutually respectful relationship is a good basis for successful, lasting positive change.
